The BFM 007 semiautomatic bag filling and sealing machine is an industrial modular machine platform with manual bag loading and optional automated closure loading.

BFR 018

- Rotary Filling & Sealing -

Container autoloader magazine available
For O2 sensitive solutions (vacuum and nitrogen gassing)
Headspace control and post fill evacuation available
Flexible (PP, PE, PVC or EVA) or semi rigid (PP/PE) bags – bottles optional
Suitable for different connector types with various sealing options – including PLÜMAT SFC or Alu capping/flanging
Filling systems: mass flow (CIP/SIP), peristaltic (disposable), ...
Up to 900 bags/h (or bottles)
Formats: 50 ml – 6.000 ml

The BFR 018 is a rotary filling and sealing machine for different incorporable operation stations and different infusion solution containers and closure concepts.

BFL 852/854

- Linear Filling & Sealing -

The BFL 852/854 is a fully automatic bag filling and sealing machine for IV bags.

Suitable for all liquid solutions and any kind of application
Flexible bags (PP, PE, PVC or EVA)
Suitable for different connector types with various sealing options – stoppering/capping or welding (heat, ultrasonic, high frequency)
For O2 sensitive solutions (< 1% O2 by vacuum and nitrogen gassing)
Headspace control and post fill evacuation available
Filling systems: mass flow (CIP/SIP), peristaltic (single use disposable), ...
Bag printing - camera control - serialization
Conductivity meters and TOC sensors available
Inline check weighing as an option
