- Bottle filling -
The PLÜMATEX-F 014 is a table top bottle filler with one or two filling nozzles and a vertical height adjustment. A foot pedal operation initiates the filling cycle.
The specific filling data (e.g. volume) is entered, controlled and adjusted through the Siemens control system. The filling system is suitable for inline sterilization (CIP / SIP) up to max. 125 ° C.

- Bottle sealing -
The PLÜMATEX-S 003-1 is a bench mounted semiautomatic single head machine, suitable to flange aluminum caps. Bottle height adjustment is stepless and manual. Specific bottle and different cap size parts are designed to handle different bottle formats.
